Healthy Green Fruit & Nut Salad

Yesterday was my first time making this salad and I am so proud of the way it came out.  It was so delicious that I think I’ll be making it again for lunch (or dinner) today!  Here’s the recipe:

2 cups of Mixed Greens

1 cup Kale

1/8 cup Pecans (Whole)

1/8 cup Almonds (Whole)

1/8 cup Cranberries

1/8 cup Raisins

Approx. 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds

1/8 cup Cashews

1 small Clementines

Combine all ingredients and add dressing of your choice. I used extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

I decided not to chop the nuts partially because I was starving (lol) but you can if that’s what you prefer. What are some of your favorite salads? Feel free to share your recipes – I just may give them a try! : )
